Once a home owner signs a contract to sell the home with a real estate broker, what is time limit to cancel that contract in PA?
Hi RK!
Welcome to forums!
As far as I know, there is as such no time limit for canceling the contract. However you will not be able to cancel the contract if you cannot show proper reasons. The real estate broker can also sue you.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

sussane, your advice is rather heavy-handed. i don't think realtors are going to stick it to a client who decides not to go ahead with a sale of a home.
further, i think the possibility of a lawsuit is negligible and not worth bringing up.
