Foreclosed when I had a refinance agreement !

Foreclosed when I had a refinance agreement but the Judge would not allow it into evidence. Can I take this from the state court in Pa. into Federal court & how ? :( :(
Hi,

Is the date for foreclosure already declared?

If the property is already foreclosed, then I don't think this will help you.

Hello Dave,

Didn't you inform your lender that you have already arranged for a refinance?

I think you should first talk to your lender and see if he can help you in any way to stop the foreclosure.

You can always take the issue from the state court to the Federal court but I'm not sure how much helpful that could be. It will be better if you consult an attorney as he will be able to give you proper legal guidance.

Jenkin is correct. You may end up wasting more time and money than it is worth. The lender has the right to foreclose even if you have a refinance agreement if you are past due 120 days.

I concur with Mr. Gertz. The only thing feasible in your situation is to go back to your lender and try to mutually agree on a term.

Good Luck!

I'm afraid you have nothing to do but look for some other lender. By the way, what's your credit score like? What's your debt to income ratio? and how's your current income?

I suggest you have a talk with some lenders. If you are interested, you may have a no obligation free loan consultation on the right mortgage with the lenders in this community. They will analyze your financial situation and guide on which loan program is the best for you.

Good luck
