I started with Naca Back in August when they visisted Saint Louis I heard anything and Im three months late on payments and I havent heard from my lender either is that good or bad news :?
Hi Guest,

As far as I know, it may take quite sometime for NACA to contact you regarding your loan modification request. I would suggest you to contact NACA and check whether or not they have taken any steps regarding your request. As you are three months behind your loan payments, the lender can foreclose your property.

I started the process to apply for a first time homebuyer mortgage with NACA back in August 2009 and as of today January 22, 2010 five months later I still have not gotten a mortgage. My FICO score is 760 and am still waiting. The mortgage representative is a nice guy, but claims he has too many clients and it is hard for him to keep up. Should I request a new rep? or just give up on this long drawn out program?

You can ask for a new representative. Or else, you may even start speaking to other lenders and check out if they can help you with a loan. Depending upon your credit score, you would be able to qualify for a loan.

the banks does not foreclose in 3 months that impossible especially in this economy they are really backed up so its taking the banks from 1 to 2 years and once you stop hearing from lender that means your file has been submitted to them you can go on naca's website create an ID and password and track your status from there.
