i have made a request for a loan at the uk office of afs. They approved it and redirected me to an payment officer in nigeria.
This action raises some questions? why do need to pay a fee to get my loan. And why do i have to send it via western union money transfer.
They promised me that if they have received the fee over the wire, i will have my loan with in 2 hours in my account.
My question is clear. is this the normal procedure or am i being scammed out of my money?
I haven't replied yet, because i am very carefull.
Can anyone give me the right information?

seems like a scam to me. a 2 hour loan simply because you have requested it? yeah right.
