Hi, I would love to hear if anyone has any experiences or knowledge of Aimloan.com. I am trying to refi with them now, and their rates are suspiciously low, which makes me nervous. (4.5% on an agency jumbo with about .87 pts.) They seem unprofessional when dealing with them over the phone. They will not let me purchase the home in the name of my trust. Any advice would be greatly appreciated ASAP! Thanks so much!!
