Aurora Loan Modification Rip Off

Posted on: 12th Sep, 2009 10:01 am
Aurora Loan Services is the service company for my Freddic Mac first loan; back in May they've called me to advise me that i was late on my payments and that they could help me finding a better way to pay my mortgage on time ; the;ve offered me the Home Afford Plan of President Obama.
After a brief interview on the phone; they came out with an amount of payment that I need it to pay for 3 month called the "Trial Period" I made my payment on time and after sending them 4 payments, Aurora Loan Services called on the phone to tell me that I did not qualify for the plan; in addition to that they send me a default letter; since according to them, although I was making my payments on time; the were considered short payment and they want know to foreclose my home.
When i asked them why I did not qualify; the answer the gave me was that I should used my 401K to pay them.
Entering into the Obamas plan have been a nightmare for me since it just added more fuel to the problems that I already had.
Is this practice legal?
I have been submitting paper work for 14 months .
I have sent in everything on time.
I`m always just that last step away from totally being approved then I dont hear from them for another 2 months because they are still makeing a decision.
Another 2 months goes by and they want more up to date paper work.
This is my last and final 4th time submitting paper work because they finally got one over on me.
I have been on unemployment for the last 2 months.
I let them know this time that I dont have current pay stubbs to submit wich now suddenly invalidates my ability to continue with the (making homes affordable plan).
So now after all the stalling and total BS I have been put through, equals an end result of foreclosure proceedings even though I can still make the payments.
Arora is counting on you loosing your job somewhere inbetween the submitions of continuous paper work.
There is no actual aproval in the end.

Hey up a creek.
Its like I have been saying to everyone in here.
Your just flat out screwed!
Obama and his administration nor the media ever planned
on saveing anyone.

Why is it that there are so many people here losing their homes on the Obama home scam plan and there is absolutely no media coverage on some thing that has been hapening for the last solid year.
There was no one sent on any occasion from any government office to see how the homes affordable plan was being outlined.
All those that have sought leagle council are still wraped up in red tape or have received a negetive outcome.
Oh yea..watch out for the lawyers trying to make some ambulance chaseing dollars on this one.
It was the Jews that started this and they are also making money on the other end too.

I have been fighting with the Obama making home affordable with Aurora since it began approximately 3 years. I have sent in paper work numerous times only to be told that it is incomplete. I have had so many trial periods and foreclosure notices that it would make your head spin. My home was listed for Sheriff sale last December and now foreclosure procedings are back in place and Im sure will be back on for Sheriff sale soon.

To my knowledge there has been no media coverage on this matter. There should be. Im considering contacting my local news.

I cannot understand why Aurora would prefer to forclose on a home when I am making monthly mortgage payments. I really smell a RAT!!!

It is completely the lender's discretion whether or not he will help you with Obama Making Home Affordable Program. It is not mandatory for the lenders to participate in this program.
