EmergencyLoans911.com – Don’t get Ripped off by them

Hi Gang, I wanted to give the heads up about this loan placement company. They claim to assist you in placing those funky files that we all get handed to us from time to time.

I made the mistake of signing up for a free 3 day trial with them. Although it was a free 3 day trial they required a credit card to sign up. I tried it for a couple files I had sitiing around. After being less than satisfied with the results I cancelled the free trial via email as directed, received confirmation of my cancellation.

A couple months later I was looking at my bank statement and saw charges for their service although I had cancelled it. I contacted them and they promised to reverse the charges. Well after 4 months and numerous emails and phone calls they have refunded half of the money they took from me. They have promised countless time to send the refund, claimed numerous times to have sent it but for some unknown reason it never hits my account.

They have stopped responding to my emails and phone calls.

I wanted to give everyone the heads up so you dont get ripped off like I did.

Business is tough enough these days with out people stealing from us.

have a great day and happy selling.

wow, shonn. i'm truly sorry you got ripped off - have you attempted through your credit card company to dispute the charges...done anything else to get your money back? i would.

i think we all need to recognize that giving out our credit card numbers in order to take advantage of a "free" offer makes it a little bit less than free.

thanks for the testimony and the heads-up. you're right - we all need to be careful not to be ripped off.

Yes, I did. Since it was a debit card it dioes not carry the same protections that a Credit Card does. When my bank attempted to retrieve the funds the company fought it. I had provided my bank with copied of the email corespondence that where they had confirmed my cancellation and alos the promises to return the monies.

All I can think to do now is to spread the word so that I can possibly prevent someone else from getting ripped off.

Here is their email if you wwant to tap them a note letting them know that you dont appreciate them ripping off a fellow loan professional.

Welcome scournyer,

It is good that you have shared your experience with the community. People will get more aware about this company whenever they deal with them and George has rightly said that we need to be more careful these days.
