They have an online site and they are Mortgage Lenders. They have an office in Westbury, NY and according to the BBB they also go by the name Continental Mortgage Corp. I filled out one of their get started forms online and had a very nice guy call me. He left a message saying that they are the lenders and make the final decision on the loan and they are FHA approved. We talked and he was very nice.
Ljeen, how you know that they are fha approved? What is their website named?
They are on the HUD dot gov's list of approved lenders. The fellow I talked with was very knowledgable of FHA's and told me about "Seller's Concession"

I haven't found anything bad about them so they seem legit. Just be cautious when your dealing with a company and make sure you ask alot of questions and read over documents before signing anything.
