Lionel Punchard sent my a letter he lock a rate for my 30 years mortgage, then 10 days before closinng he told me he "forgot" to lock the rate. That cost me 0.5 point.

It is quite surprising to note that your lender simply forgot to lock the rates for you. Are you still continuing with the lender or have you changed the lender?
