has anyone dealt with this lender with short sales or DIL??? I AM GOING CRAZY NOT SURE HOW TO WORK WITH THEM.
I OWE 500K VALUE IS 410K NO LATES YET BUT CAN NOT AFFORD, HAVE 740 CREDIT....
ANY ADVISE?

I have not worked with "indymac" bank but have not heard any bad report against them. If they cannot help you out they go for short sale and pay then off and regarding your other queries I have answered it at http://www.mortgagefit.com/inprocess/about10513.html
