I also cannot seem to locate them at one time they sent me a
document to take out just interest but now I don't get that sent to me
and they have taken 120 dollars every two weeks now for about 4 months which is probably about 5 times the amount of the loan. how do i locate them.

If you feel that they are illegally debiting money from your account, I would suggest you to file a complaint against them at the State Attorney General's Office. You can also block the account from which they are debiting the money.
