I would like to get a better understanding about this program call NACA. I have been in this program since 09-2009 and have not gotten a straight answer all I hear that the are waiting on my Lender to give an answer. I don't get it when people say that their mortgage has been lower within a day and I'v been wait for months what up with this. Why should you have to wait for so long to be approved. I :cry: t takes ya or nay to let you know. Bank of American is partners with them yet no answer as of today. Somebody help me. You can only wait for so long there are lower interest rate all around Georgia. I need an answer ASAP.

I do not have a personal experience regarding NACA. However, what I can say is that a large number of people contact NACA in order to get a loan modification or any kind of help regarding their home loan. So, it may take some time on their behalf to process the requests, contact the lenders and negotiate with them to give you a better payment plan. You can keep on contacting them and ask them to speed up the process so that you can get to know whether or not you would get the modification.
