Do you have a phone number for Total Lending. Their lawyer has called me and claim they can take me to court because of a payday loan.
Welcome donnam,

I'm not sure of their phone number but haven't you got it from the paperwork that you may have signed with them. By the way, have you taken out any payday loan from the company?

"Do you have a phone number for Total Lending. Their lawyer has called me and claim they can take me to court because of a payday loan."

Total lending INC.
Phone number 866-412-2369
Fax 866-202-4634
Customer service 866-355-7308

But what I have learned is that they are not very good company and many complaints are coming up against them.

which state are you in? why i am asking is because there are many states in which pdls are illegal. if pdls are illegal in your state then it can be that it is just a claim from their end and nothing else. its a way by which they want to extract money from you.

I applied to your firm for a payday loan and didn't get copies of any documents with my signature on it. Please email me information on this loan at the above email address. Thank you

Hi lenarb.

Welcome to the forum.

You must have mistaken it. This is neither a payday loan company nor the Total Lending Center. The email address of Total Lending Center is "". You can contact them directly.

BTW if you have any questions related to mortgage or any other financial issues, feel free to ask the community.

Best of luck,

Hi smizell,

I think this is the phone number of Crown Lending. So did you apply for a pay day loan with them?

I to received a phone call from someone claiming to be a law firm that is suppose to be representing a loan company call Crown Lending. Here is their number 646-918-5119. Be advised that all the people there speak english with a India accent and some of them are very hard to understand.

People please be careful if you are getting a call from phone numbers 646-918-5212,360-350-1994,347-602-4558,646-810-1115,347-404-5046,851322-8600... They are NOT Crown Lending or PAYDAY ONE or CASCHCO... They are scam artist that are out to get your money... They called me saying I owned on a payday loan for one company and when I proved that I didnt owe any money they changed the company.. THe companies are aware of this and are trying to take care of it but the are SCAM ARTIST.. they call from different numbers or unavaliable and speak with a thick Indian accent.. They use names like Sam Carter, John Anderson, Amy Walker.. THey will say they are from the National Affidavit Processing Services (NAPS) or the US Bureau of Investigation.. THEY ARE NOT!!!.. DO NOT DO NOT give out any information to them at all.. Call the company directly.. Look up the 800 number yourself do not call the number they give you.. its just another number to someone in their scam.. The phone company they are using is even aware of this and they are working to close them down.. BE CAREFUl.. CALL the FTC and your Attorney General's office... PLEASE CAREFUL!!!

Thanks Cherie and Fitzlight for sharing your experience with the community. I guess a lot of people participating in the forums would be helped by this.

If you've already paid off the pay day loans that you've taken, then they can't force your for further money. If they are forcing you or threatening you, contact your attorney. You can even report their activities to the BBB and the Attorney General.
