Thank you, I realize this is a mortgage forum, I can't qualify for a loan until that is paid off and I just can't find any information on them. I don't even have anything that I've signed from them.

I can understand your situation but until and unless you find out the company you won't be able to talk to them directly. It is really a tough job.
Did you ever apply for a payday loan?
You may talk to the bank and see if they agree to close your account. You may also approach FTC or BBB to file your complaint.

What company are you looking for? if you post the information maybe somebody here has the contact information and would be willing to pass it on to you, there are a lot of people here dealing with different companies and I am sure they would love to help you if they can.
