has anyone ever heard of vernon street capital???
I was looking into a net branch opportunity & found information on this company.

Can anyone tell me of possible experiences w/this company & if they're reputable/legit or not. Thanks
Hi msalynch,

I haven't heard much about Vernon Street Capital and don't have any experience working with them. They have a B- rating with BBB and it is not a BBB accredited business organization. Their official website will be: "http://www.vscloans.com/"

Thanks

Yes, I was thinking of partnering with them, but wanted to get more information. Are they legit?

This company is not a scam but for the price you pay you would think this company would properly train you, and give you on going support to get your financial service company off the ground!!
The things they show you, you could learn or do just by doing research. I advise anyone to continue looking, i wish i had!!

Hey EST,

So, in your opinion the training provided was definitely not worth the money? How about the material, software, and back office provided? Are you capable of at least closing loans after the training? Do you have access to quality lenders and wholesale rates as they suggest? I'd appreciate your feedback as I am considering plunking down the cash as well. Thanks.

Would like to get involved with vernon st capital. Not looking to be a millionaire, just would like an income from a business of my own. Is it worth it to try them? At least for a generous monthly income?

Hi Tot!

Welcome to forums!

Get an idea about Vernon Street Capital from the BBB review: "http://www.bbb.org/northeast-california/business-reviews/training-programs/vernon-street-capital-in-roseville-ca-47015838".

Hello...well like I said Vernon street capital training could be better now I received the training over the internet since i could not afford to have one of their trainers come out...but tell you you do not need a license ..but after training they say check with your state cause you might need a license you would think that cost would be included in the training..i think I paid 3k or 4k to start haven't done a deal yet!!!! And I think if they gave better direction of how start out it could work ..but I would suggest looking some where else ..the back office has sites where you buy leads ..and a site where you get a website from which is a cookie cutter website...some videos tutorials ..and the loan app and how to submit it...and that's about it!! I wish I had my money back..smh!!

Hi! Could you please let me know if you can get lenders information ? Can you process the clientes info in a lender site? Do they pay you a 1.5% comission? thanks

Hi Guest,

You will be able to get reviews and testimonials about the lenders. MortgageFit is an open forum where you can discuss your mortgage related issues. This website does not process info. However, lenders can add their details in the mortgage directory here.

Thanks
