we recently got a modification from wells fargo, however, it is still not affordable my husband just lost his second job, and he is now on umemployment. Do wells fargo do modifications for someone with unemployment income as well as my retirement income. I am not on the loan just my husband.

If a person is unemployed, then the lender will not be ready to give you a loan modification. However, as your husband still has unemployment and retirement income, there are chances he may qualify for retirement income.
