Hi my name Franco Triana, and I'm getting every ones take on mortgage modifications. We are a consulting firm here in Minnesota that advise and refer our clients to real estate attorneys to re negotiate there mortgage payments, terms, interest rates, and other real estate advise.
Can't come up with a resolution on your mortgage payments? Afraid it's a scam? Fell there is no body that can help you because your mortgage company already told you no.

so franco, you charge a fee to refer your people to attorneys? nice deal...sorry that i'm so skeptical, but you have to know that there are thousands of scam artists on the lookout for poor, unsuspecting homeowners who will pay dearly for the promise of keeping their home. the stories are heartbreaking, and i don't advocate anyone spending any money if they can possibly avoid it when they are seeking help with a modification.
