Hi Mathieu,
Welcome to Mortgagefit forum.
R0 status for an account means that the account is too new to rate while UP CL indicates Unpaid collection of $50 or higher amounts. This may include docket number and the actual amount of unpaid collection.

does an unpaid collection affect my score. i mean the fico score obviously
Hi,
Yes unpaid collection does affect your credit score. If possible try to pay a settlement amount to collection agency. The CA will then report the account as paid collection to the bureaus. It will be much better than having an unpaid collection on your report.

what is R3 status for a open ended account on credit report
Hi Niels,
Welcome to Mortgagefit discussion board.
R3 status for revolving or open ended accounts mean that it is a past due account. And the account is 3 payments behind.
Do let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks
