I have had i time share that I have not paid on in over 3 years. When i got the time share they told me I had 90 days to get out of it they told me when I called them within 60day that I did not want it then they told me I only had 14 days. It is on my credit but not as a foreclosed is on there every month on being 180days late. I tryed to dispute it but it did not work. I need to know what to do because it will not allow me to by a home for something I have never used not one day. Can so one please help me with this and what can I do.
Hi deloresactress!

Welcome to forums!

If you want to get rid of the property, then you'll have to ask your lender to foreclose the property or you can list the property in the market and try to sell it off. Unless the property is sold off, it will remain on your credit report and you will face problems in buying a new property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
