both my husband and i filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in january, 2013. we are awaiting our discharge. all my debt accounts have been included in the bankruptcy filing. i need to know when these accounts would start "falling off" my credit report.
Initially, the status of all these accounts will be updated as included in bankruptcy. With time, they will be discharged and fall off your credit report.

I agree with what Niicss has said. Nevertheless, any negative item will remain in your credit report for 7 years.
