my income is good and my credit is terrible. my husband can get approved for a home loan but he is a full time college student with no income . how do we get financing

Keeping in mind today's market situation, it will be difficult for you to get a loan. As your husband is a full-time college student, I don't think that the lenders will agree to give loan. It will be better if you can try and improve your credit.
