can you help? Please let me know one way or another - I would appreciate your consideriation - I own my home outright but want to cash out 50,000 in equity. I believe my home is worth around 120,000.
cathy you're going to have to improve your score substantially for any standard lender to help you out. there are still some lenders who exist for whom credit score isn't a big deal (i know, it's hard to believe), but you'll pay dearly for the privilege. that may not be a big deal for you...it's for you to decide, though.
