I am getting ready to file Chapter 13. My car is needing repairs and rather than rack of more credit card debt -I am wanting to cash out my 401K. Is it legal to cash out while in Chapter 13?
I do recall my parents doing something very simular before a BK. I will check in on that and let you know.
