can you pay a collection company $10. a month if that is all you have...Business partner took alot of many and never paid the vendors. Now I have collections calling. I pay what I can but now I have another one calling and there is no extra money. Can I send them $10 a week.

You will have to negotiate with the collection agency and check if they will accept it or not. It is totally the collection agency's discretion to accept that payment. There are chances that they won't. You can try and contact your business partner and request him to pay to this collection agency.
