I was preappoved for a house with a 623 score. It was a short sale I was waiting for banks to appove the offer I made 2 months. .my credit dropped to 614 I did noththing to change it I was told by broker you did nothing wrong on credit report there was something about to many inquirys in last year. the only thing i have done was to get preappoved to buy a house. in that same time frame a personel secured loan i had with credit union was paided off but not early.now i can qualifiy for amortgage i am still under contact to buy the home i paided for inspections they cash check good faith money how can i get back points i lost .Have no credit cards to pay down
credit score can drop 5-7 points if someone pulls it every 30days

The lenders approval should of been good for 90 days.
