We want to buy a home here before we die and be in it long enough to enjoy it. We have never bought a home so this will be a first. We have no credit but we have no debt and no credit score. We are renting for $550.00 a month and never been late for over a year. Same with our utilities. We are both retired and live on around $3000 a month. I know we could buy and pay for a home if we only knew what to do first. There are so many homes here that are rotting to the ground when someone like us could be given a chance to have our first and only home to live in. If the banks and lenders could give in just a little bit and give those with no credit a chance to prove they will pay for a home, I am not talking about the ones with bad credit and have had a home and didn,t pay for it. We have never been in credit card debt. Why can,t someone give us a chance to have our own home here in the beautiful country of ours.
We dont know what to do first but I am sure there is something we can do to get a home.

As you do not have a credit score, it won't be possible for you to get a mortgage in order to buy a home. You should take steps to build your credit score first and then look out for a mortgage. Check out the given page in order to know some steps to build your score:
