I have been talking to my husband about getting identity theft protection. He doesn't think we need it. Is identity theft protection really necessary? Does it really work?

Identity theft protection can be helpful and can save you from major financial disasters. I have heard that it really works. However, whether or not you will go for that protection will be your sole discretion.
