i don't have a license and i was told their is a lien on my license so i can get my license i went to court for a hit and run and the case was dismiss but i am getting sued by his insurance is this possible and is their a way to fight this

I don't think that a lien can be placed on your license. Nevertheless, it will be better if you could get in touch with an attorney and take his opinion in this whole matter.

If you don't have a license, then they will never be able to place a lien on it.
