I noticed that some of my limits are not being reported on my credit report for some of my credit cards especially under Equifax. Would it help my credit score to request that they be reported?
Hi drillboy,
If your credit card company does not report your credit limit to the credit bureaus, even a small balance on your credit card can raise your credit-utilization ratio. This will in turn lower your credit score. So, I would suggest you to contact your creditor and ask them to report your limits to the credit bureau.
Thanks
