My spouse does not have good credit. Will it be possible to purchase a home without my spouse?
If you have good credit and meet all the required criteria of the lender, then you will be able to get a loan on your own.

I agree with Niicss. If you meet the required criteria of the lender on your own, then you will be able to get a mortgage without your spouse.

If you have a good credit score and a stable income, then you will be able to purchase a house without the help of your spouse. Besides this, you need to meet all the criteria of the lender in order to qualify for the mortgage loan.
