Hi there… Can anyone help me by throwing some light on how to get a collection removed off credit report? I have paid off the collection account in full.
Any negative item will remain in your credit report for 7 years. It will be difficult for you to remove that item from your credit report. Nevertheless, you can contact the collection agency and negotiate with them so that they remove the negative item from your credit report.
