I am a member of a new HOA in a 5 year old community in SC We can't, as a board get an answer on whether non paymet of HOA dues can be reported to Credit Agencies

Non-payment of anything can end up on your credit report if it goes to collections or a judgement. If you don't pay your lawn guy he can sue you and it will show up on your report.
