what unit are you talking about? is it a timeshare that you are speaking about? if it's a timeshare then the costs with sales would depend upon all parteis involved in the sale transaction. The costs for transfer of deed or title would depend upon the title company you deal with or the attorney who offers his service for the transfer to be made legally effective.
