can the bank deny the deed in leui ? what will i owe after the dil? we have the house up for short sale but no hits. we cant keep up anymore. i already sent the mortgage co a hardship letter pay stubs ? im a headed in the right steo

krissi, you definitely need to have discussions with your lender to see how you can best get out from under.

WE ARE 90DAYS PAST DUE SO FORECLOSRE IS AROUND THE CORNER . DOES TEH BANK TAKE IT ALL OR DO I OWE MONEY AFTER THE DIL
AFTER THEY ACCEPT IT THE SELL IT THEN IS THAT HOW THEY DETERMINE WHAT I OWE ?

Generally if the lender accepts the deed in lieu then he will not after you for the deficiency judgment. So you will not owe anything after the deed in lieu.
