Hi,

Welcome to MortgageFit Forums.

It's a good decision on your part to think of clearing your debts and attending your home repairs.

You have mentioned that your credit is very poor. Now the thing that I would like to ask is that why is it so, since you are regular on your payments?

Being, regular on payments will always help you to maintain a good credit history which is liked by the lenders. Lenders do count on some other areas also, including your debt to income ratio, LTV, income etc.

From the general query that you made, it seems that cash out refinancing would be a good option to get for you under this situation. But one thing I must tell you that single wide mobile refinancing with poor credit is very difficult to get.

We do have a vast network of efficient lenders who may discuss your situation with you and guide you to get the most suitable terms. We will try your situation with them.

For that, some additional information is required. You may put in your information with our Free Loan Signup section.

This will help our loan department to have free counseling session with you as soon as possible to help you with your situation.

Please get back here if you face some problems further an also if you have any more queries. As a final suggestion, I would like advise you to try and improve your credit. This will require some time and a little effort but that will help you to get varied loan options with best terms.

We shall try to help you in the best way we can.

God bless you.

hi kathy,

you can get refinance for your single mobile home with normal interest rates as you have good credit rating.

what you will need to do is shop around with some lenders to know how much difference in rates is there between the quotes given by each of them and then choose.

Hi Kathy,

I guess you are looking to do cash-out refinance for paying off your existing loan and at the same time retrieving cash for carrying out home repair work. Anyway, you should start shopping with some lenders, get pre-qualified with a few and then compare the rates and fees offered by them. Then you need to analyze your financial situation and then decide as to how much you can afford to pay on your debt each month. This will help you to select the right lender and hence a suitable loan program.

However, prior to getting a cash-out refinance loan for your mobile home, it is important that you gather knowledge on the criteria for getting the loan. Just refer to our previous discussion on Mobile Home Loan Refinancing for some information on this issue. Also, if you are interested to know about Cash-out Refinance, go through our article on this topic.

Hope you will be benefited from this information. For any related query, please feel free to contact us.

Thanks,

Caron.
