My mom's name and my name our on our deed. I wanted to add my husband's name to the deed. How should I go about this.

you can do it easily through a quit claim deed. get a quit claim deed form and fill it up adding his name to the deed.
get an attorney to guide you for the purpose and do get the deed notarized. for safety purpose you can record the new deed in the recorder's office.

For this you just have to fill a quit clam deed form and add his name. It will be done.
