foreign nationals loans

I need to check for such bank. May be the experts will give a proper answer but I can say that there are several programs offered by banks and private lenders to foreign nationals. These programs are specially designed for the foreigners.

Since the banks require doing a lot more background verifications and need to keep a lot more information about the customers, some of them don't like to work with the foreigners.

But there are lenders who have programs designed for this purpose. You may check with the banks and the lending institutions in the area where you want to buy.
