is there any way i can get rid off private mortagage insurance on fha loan?
Check out with your insurance company. They will help you understand the calculations.

My lender has notified me that I no longer need LPMI and can re-finance. But I don't want to re-finance, I just want the LPMI cancelled. Is that possible

hi alle,

you have said that your lender has told you that you do not need lmpi. so you can ask him to cancel it. i don't think you need to refinance the loan in order to cancel the lmpi.
