how do you get a home lone for fist time buyers? where do you go an who do you talk too
Many lenders offer first time home buyer programs. Since lenders may have different programs, it would be best to check with a broker that has access to most if not all first time home buyer programs and can discuss the options that work best for you.

larry's right-on suggesting you request a consultation from one of us. depending on where you live, you may find that your state has a bond program specifically targeted to first time buyers.

do a little searching online and you'll find out that for sure. other than that, you can always pick up the phone and call a lender in your area to discuss your desires and go over your qualifications.

i suggest your first step to be checking into the existence of a bond program in your area.

and, of course, we are always here to assist you as well.
