need a 95% heloc or fixed 2nd in Florida, who still does them?
hello- that's goign to be tough. i don't know of any lender doing 2nds with that cltv right now. you could refinance your first with fha (depending on the loan amount and your county max) you can go to 95% ltv cashout with an fha loan.
