we have 4 homes in flordia, investment property, and we can no longer make all the payments, what do we do?

Welcome to the forum.
If you cannot make the payments than talk to the lender ASAP and let him know the reason behind it. If you cannot make the payments in anyway, then you can even sell the property and pay the lender off the due mortgage.
