I am behind 3 months on my mortgage. I have applied for a Modification loan form my mortgage company; will let me know in 10 days whether or not they can help me. Is there anything else I can do? What should I expect if I do indeed go to Foreclosure?

which state are you in? I think you may action fast before you are 3months late for your loan. Do you have a lot equity in your house or just little equity?
