My condo is in forclouser the bank wants me to try and sell it it seems that the association has changed the lock do they have a right to do that?

No, they're not allowed to change the locks on your doors, they must leave you alone and let the legal process happen. Only a Sheriff can remove you from your house and nobody else can keep you from entering it.
