I live in SC and home was sold back to mortgage company on 10/5. How will I receive an eviction notice?Will I receive letter from attorney, will police come to my home? How long do you usually have to move out?
contact the south carolina attorney general's office - they can give you the specific citations in the law. i don't think you need to deal with the police - as long as you're a law-abiding citizen, that is.
