Hi gloria Sigaran,

Welcome to mortgage fit,

We regret for the late reply on our part for your query.

Gloria, Although you are going through the precarious situation currently, you will be amazed to know the number of people who are more or less in the same situation as that of you. There are almost 5,00,000 people in the US alone who are going through same situation as that of you.

In order to get relief from these underwater homes obama government has launched a new scheme. You may get to know the information about it on the below mentioned link or else you can inquire about it to any local authority which deals in real estate.

The foreclosure process begins when a homeowner is behind on mortgage payments. Many homeowners going into foreclosure were in financial difficulties for almost a year before giving up, which usually means that the house has not received needed repairs or general maintenance for a while.

You can also move quickly after selecting a property. Protection against economic show that you are a serious buyer and you're ready to buy quickly. If you are a first time home buyer or if you have never bought a house closed, would be interested in local real estate agent who can guide you through the entire process.

can you describe the roof tiles that were removed from the roof of the home, or roof tiles purchased and stored at the home to replace those that were removed? Normally, the foreclosed party is responsible to remove any personal property before the foreclosure is complete.
