I own the other half of the duplex 2236 and would like to speak to someone about possibly purchasing the property. I am also a realtor with Coldwell Banker Res.

As far as I can understand, the property that you are talking about is going to be foreclosed or is foreclosed already. In that case, the whole property will go into foreclosure and not a portion of it. Can you give further details which will help me to answer your question in a better way?

I own 2236 Bunker Hill, the other half of the duplex. I am not being foreclosed on. I am interested in purchasing 2234 Bunker Hill. Who currently owns the property?

You can contact the county recorder's office to check who owns the property. You can also contact a title search company who will help you to know if the property has any kind of mortgage or liens on it.
