Affordable homes are available in the MLS listing. In the last few years, the price of real estate has fallen drastically. So, not only foreclosed properties but also the normal properties are available at quite a lower price.

but now its value start increasing and many economist are of the opinion that its growth will be favorable soon. my point of concern is particularly about canada where growth is double digit!
