i am trying to save my house from forclosure but i need a subodination agreement from a junior lien...i am trying to modify my loan from my mortgage company, i was approved and sent my good faith payment, but i failed to read a major part of it i need a subordination letter from a junior lein holder,the bank returned my payment and now i don't know how to go about getting this.The second lein holder use to be a friend(til i found out they scammed me on the house)well they now reside in jail or prison and i need this letter to save my house how do i go about getting this?I live in Illinois and was really left in the dark on this whole deal and i just want to understand this whole mess

I can understand your situation and pray to God that you come out of this situation soon.

As far as your question is concerned, you can contact your friend who is in jail and ask him/her to give you the subordination letter which the lender has demanded. You can also contact him/her through your attorney. I think contact him/her through the attorney will be a better way.
