foreclosure summons

This is a very important question to me. Can someone provide me with some feedback? After being in the foreclosure process for close to 30 days, I still have not received a court ordered summons. What period of time is required by law to serve a foreclosure summons to a homeowner?

The court may send you the foreclosure summons anytime soon. It is difficult to let you know the exact time period within which the court will send you the summons.
