after a forcloser in the state of georgia how long do i have to vacate the home
Hi tried,

It is generally mentioned in the legal notice that the defaulter is served during the process of the foreclosure. It mentions the number of days within which one has to vacate the property. But as far as I know, in Georgia the borrower is entitled to a redemption period of around 6 months during which he can get the property back if he pays the lender a certain sum of money. During this period, the homeowner is allowed to live in the property. Thus, I believe you still have got some time to vacate the property and find a new place to stay in.
